Please choose carefully when making a purchase, as returns, refunds, or exchanges are not offered.

Shipping

• Paintings will be shipped within 7–10 business days from the date of purchase.
• Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
• Tracking information will be provided once the artwork has been dispatched.

Damages in Transit

While every effort is made to pack artwork securely, if your painting arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. Each situation will be reviewed individually.

Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing a painting does not transfer copyright. The artist retains the right to reproduce images of the work for marketing, portfolio, or print editions.
